The Convening Ground for Synchronized Response

Gulf Response Alliance (GRA) is an annual gathering that brings together industry, institutional, community and regulatory leaders to align on incident response and preparedness.

GRA builds on the legacy of the first spill response conference sponsored by the Texas General Land Office in 1991. That original event was created to strengthen coordination, share practical knowledge, and improve how response is carried out in the real world. As response environments have grown more complex, the need for a dedicated, hands-on gathering has only increased. GRA exists to meet that need by bringing the response community together each year to strengthen partnerships, exchange best practices, and focus on coordination through interactive training, demonstrations, and real-world discussion.

The goal is simple: better alignment, stronger communication, and more effective response when it matters most.
